A recent study published in the <a href=\"http:\/\/bmjopen.bmj.com\/content\/4\/9\/e005400.abstract\">British Medical Journal<\/a> finds a person who increases one skirt size every 10 years has a 33 percent higher risk of developing breast cancer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some birth control pills likely increase risk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Women taking pills containing high levels of estrogen may have a 50 percent higher risk of developing breast cancer than women who have never taken oral contraceptives, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/issels.com\/blog\/2014\/08\/18\/some-birth-control-pills-may-increase-breast-cancer-risk\/\">recent study<\/a>.
